Church. I was director of the media department. Our job was to enhance the worship service with sound,& lighting along with full media production. During that time we had approximately 30 contates. A grate majority of the congregation approved of our work but there were some that aggressively objected, disliked, & ignored the presents or work of the department. People willing to be 'real', not what they think you want to see/hear. A pastor who can teach and lay the history of the Word out to those who have never heard it before... A willingness to accept ideas from all age groups (young and old) and include those ideas in open discussion. A good music/praise/worship time...not too much, not too little, not too 'clap your hands on every song' and not a funeral dirge. Acceptance of who you are. Good fellowship (yes food too). What would I like to see in a church?
